By participating in the competition or accepting any prize, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

• The judge, presenter, or organizer's decision regarding the competition's outcome is final, and no negotiations or correspondence will be entertained thereafter.
• Participants enter and engage in the competitions at their own risk, and the radio stations bear no responsibility for any loss, damage, or harm incurred as a result.
• The Benylin Competition, brought to you by Benylin, commences at 00:00 on Wednesday, 08 May 2024, and concludes at 23:59 on Friday, 31st May 2024, on both radio stations and social media platforms.
• The competition will be conducted both on-air and through the station's social media page (Facebook) throughout this period.
• To enter, listeners must share their stories about how their coughs have affected them and led to canceled plans. Social Media entries should tag Benylin4couch and follow the Benylin Facebook Page.
• Daily, from Monday to Friday during the competition period, three winners will be selected online, and one winner per week will be chosen on radio through the station's WhatsApp number.
• The best Benylin cough stories will win the prize of R1000.00 both on-air and online.
• Winners will be notified via message, and the judge’s decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The prize is non-transferable to another person.
• Winners must provide the stations with a copy of their bar-coded Identity Document and official banking details sent via WhatsApp/DM on Facebook.
• Entries sent by post or any other form besides the prescribed methods will not be accepted by Benylin.
• The station is not liable for any technical failures that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
