President Cyril Ramaphosa launched the second phase of Operation Vulindlela in Pretoria. This phase aims to speed up inclusive economic growth, building on the work done in the first phase. Operation Vulindlela started in 2020 to fast-track important economic reforms. The first phase focused on five areas: energy, transport, communication, water, and visas. A tech businessman from Bryanston, is set to release his new book Entrepreneurship is Not for Everyone! Lerato Bodibe will be releasing his book this month. In the book he discusses the tough realities of starting a business and urges people to think carefully before taking the leap. Bodibe began his entrepreneurial journey in high school by selling CDs. He now runs two companies and holds a BTech and an MBA. He reflects on the challenges he faced as a young black businessman, noting that success was hard-earned. Through his Lerato Bodibe Foundation, he now helps young people by teaching tech skills and supporting talent.

Jack McGowan from Scotland, and his wife from Northern Ireland, tied the knot last week with 95 bridesmaids and said it was "an absolutely unforgettable day".The average number of bridesmaids for a wedding in the UK is about three to five.They had about 250 guests altogether, meaning 38% of the guests donned a bridesmaid dress.
