Story 1
Three South African cities — Cape Town, Johannesburg and Pretoria — have been named among Africa’s Top 10 most attractive cities in 2025.
This recognition reflects strong ratings for quality of life, infrastructure, economic opportunity and the promise of growth.
According to the Good Things Guy despite the challenges many South Africans face, the ranking offers a reminder that our cities still hold charm, ambition and hope.
The list comes from the magazine Jeune Afrique which surveyed almost 8,000 people across major African metros and paired that with data from foreign direct investment between 2020 and 2023.
