Some of the notable winners include Isaac Asanda Bidla, who was named Administrator of the Year, and Buhle Bhidla, who was named Sportsman of the Year with Disability.
Founder Mlungisi Msibi says the whole point of the league is to change how people think about what blind individuals can do, showing they can achieve great things.
