Linden CPF brings children and police together for safety and community
Story 1
The Linden Community Policing Forum, in partnership with Linden SAPS, hosted 140 preschool learners at the police station for Human Rights Day.
Through interactive games and activities, children learned about safety, rights, responsibilities, and kindness, while high school volunteers gained valuable experience in community service.
The initiative aims to build trust between young residents and police from an early age and strengthen community connections. Organisers plan to expand the programme to include youth and elderly residents in the future.
