Inspired by her love for nature, she started crafting after watching documentaries about pollution.
Her work, which has earned her a nomination for the AFRICA Earth Award, serves as a powerful reminder that small actions can spark change.

This Saturday on the 10the of May, hikers, runners, and community teams will ascend Table Mountain's Platteklip Gorge for the annual Cableway Charity Challenge.
Participants will climb the steep trail as many times as possible from sunrise to sunset, raising funds for local charities supporting women and children in Cape Town.
Each finisher will receive a unique medal crafted from retired track rope cable that once ferried passengers up the mountain—a meaningful keepsake symbolizing both personal achievement and the mountain's legacy.
With a fundraising goal of R1 million, the event supports organizations like Ubuntu Football, Funda Kunye, Volunteer Wildfire Services, and Wilderness Search and Rescue.
