The Johannesburg Development Agency on behalf of the City of Johannesburg's Social Development Department, is making meaningful strides in the construction of the Yetta Nathan Early Childhood Development and Community Centre in Orlando West, in Soweto.

The project has now reached 39% completion, marking a significant milestone in delivering a sustainable, inclusive, and community-driven public facility.

Eskom reaches key milestone in efforts to stabilise National Power Supply

Eskom has achieved a significant milestone in its ongoing efforts to stabilise South Africa's electricity supply.

The utility has announced that Unit 4 of the Medupi Power Station has been successfully returned to service.

The Power Station, located in Lephalale in South Africa’s Limpopo province, holds the distinction of being one of the world’s largest dry-cooled, coal-fired power plant.

The unit, which is now operational, adds an impressive 800MW to the national grid, further reinforcing the country’s energy security.
