The City of Tshwane's proposed multimillion-rand mixed-use development is set to transform the northern gateway precinct into a vibrant and economically active zone.

At the heart of the development is the creation of affordable rental housing and much-needed student accommodation—an initiative set to benefit young professionals and learners alike while driving inclusive urban renewal.

The project involves demolishing 16 city-owned properties that are currently housing municipal workers, to make way for a new development.
