AST Recycling has donated rugby kits, balls and water bottles to Alex Wolves Rugby Club's Under 9 players, giving the young team a welcome boost.
The donation included more than 20 sets of jerseys, shorts and socks, along with rugby balls and water bottles, providing the club with much needed equipment.
Club leaders said the support will help keep more children involved in rugby while easing the financial burden on families and volunteers. The club is still seeking transport support for away matches

Mercedes Benz South Africa has invested R6 million to expand the Promaths Programme in the Eastern Cape, helping more learners improve their Mathematics and Physical Science results.
The initiative will support selected Grade 10 and 11 learners from 18 schools in Buffalo City through extra tuition, career guidance, teacher development and exposure to science, technology, engineering and mathematics careers.
