The event brought together children of all ages for a fun-filled morning of colouring, storytelling and exploration.

The initiative carried an important message, where organisers used the opportunity to raise awareness about the value of libraries as safe, accessible spaces where children can read, study and grow their love for books.

Parents and guardians were encouraged to make regular use of the library and to introduce children to the wide range of resources including books and educational programmes and quiet study areas.
