Kenyan President William Ruto has concluded a state visit to South Africa aimed at deepening economic ties between the two countries.
President Cyril Ramaphosa hosted Ruto at the Union Buildings in Pretoria, where discussions focused on expanding trade, industrial cooperation and manufacturing partnerships.
Kenya was highlighted as a key gateway to East Africa, while South Africa was positioned as a strategic partner for wider continental growth.
President Ruto also praised the existing visa free travel arrangement, saying it continues to strengthen relations and ease movement between the two nations

A Johannesburg based volunteer group, KnitWits 4 the Needy in Hurlingham, is continuing its mission of knitting blankets and scarves for vulnerable communities as winter temperatures drop.
