The City of Johannesburg and Blind SA marked 10 years of partnership, empowering visually impaired individuals through training, services, and advocacy.
Member of Mayoral Committee Ennie Makhafola emphasized that blind and visually impaired residents are not limited by their disability and should be integrated into society, whether in education, employment, or economic development.
