Industry leaders praised the event, saying it showcases real progress in inclusive capital allocation, shaping how savings are managed and invested across the economy.
The awards honoured excellence in South Africa's R12 trillion financial sector, focusing on transformation, leadership and opportunities for women and youth.
Some notable winners were Perpetua Investment Managers, Old Mutual, Camissa Asset Management, and Prowess Investment Managers.

The University of Pretoria is calling on the community to get involved in its Student Nutrition and Progress Programme.
The programme provides essential support to learners in need, offering meal credits or food parcels to help them focus on their studies without the burden of hunger.
SNAPP currently supports only 250 students and relies on community donations to expand its reach.
The public can donate through financial contributions, food donations, or participating in events like the Food Pack-a-Thon.

Lesotho's Khoarahlane Seutloali took the top spot in the men's category at the Soweto Marathon, crossing the finish line in 2 hours, 20 minutes, and 9 seconds
Kenya’s Margaret Jepchumba secured the women’s title in 2-hours-34-minutes.
Both winners earned 250-thousand-rand.
