He warned against exporting raw materials to countries that impose high tariffs on finished goods.
Speaking at the ongoing G20 Critical Minerals Stakeholder Engagement in Johannesburg, Mantashe called for intention in realizing that Africa has the potential to play a pivotal role meeting the global demand for critical minerals on the just energy transition:

Beyoncé's "Cowboy Carter" tour has broken records, becoming the highest-grossing country tour of all time with over around R7.16 billion in revenue.
According to Live Nation the “Cuff It” singer has also become the highest-grossing Black artist of all time and the highest-grossing R&B artist of all time.
In late April, the singer launched the “Cowboy Carter” tour in Los Angeles, rolling through “Texas Hold ‘Em” and other country hits.
Last Saturday, Beyonce finished the record-breaking tour in Las Vegas with special appearances from her husband, rapper Jay-Z, her former R&B girl group, Destiny’s Child, and country singer Shaboozey.
