Women in Cedar Lakes have come together to support others in need through the second annual Bubbles and Bras event.
The initiative saw women donate bras, underwear and toiletries to support vulnerable women in the community.
The bras and underwear will be given to ZABra, while the toiletries will be donated to Douglasdale Police Station to support victims of gender based violence.

Traditional African clan names are being made more accessible to Deaf and hard of hearing South Africans through a new initiative called Sign Your Clan.
The project has developed official South African Sign Language signs for a number of clan names, allowing people to express an important part of their culture and identity in their everyday language.
The signs were created with language specialists and approved by the Pan South African Language Board.
One of the new signs has already been used at the traditional wedding of a Deaf couple, bringing their cultural heritage into the ceremony.

Residents in Alexandra are working with Junior Chamber International Sandton to tackle litter and illegal dumping in the township.
Community volunteers have been cleaning streets, collecting rubbish and moving filled bags to collection points for municipal trucks.
The group is also putting up posters encouraging residents to dispose of their waste properly and help keep their neighbourhood clean.
Volunteers say they will continue with the clean up efforts despite the ongoing challenges caused by illegal dumping.
