TUT holds AI Student Hackathon

The Tshwane University of Technology’s Faculty of Information and Communication Technology has launched the Mpumalanga AI Student Hackathon 2025 activation.
The initiative is now in its third year and has become a key platform for ICT students to explore real-world AI applications.
This year’s hackathon will see teams of ten competing during 3 days of intensive learning, innovation and collaboration in October.
TUT says the hackathon equips students with hands-on technical skills, while connecting them to industry mentors.
