Fuel prices set to drop in November

Motorists can look forward to some relief at the pumps next week as fuel prices are set to drop across the board. The Central Energy Fund’s latest data shows strong over-recoveries throughout October, supported by a firmer rand and lower international oil prices.
From Wednesday, 5 November, both grades of petrol will cost around 60 cents less per litre, while diesel prices will fall by just over 30 cents. Illuminating paraffin will also drop slightly, easing household energy costs.
