The Two Oceans Marathon has strengthened safety for its 2026 event by appointing official medical service providers.
Mediclinic and ER24 will provide care along the marathon routes and at the finish line, ensuring runners, volunteers and spectators are supported.
Ten medical points and a fully equipped facility with ICU and trauma services will be in place, while pre-hospital care and emergency transport are also available.
The 2026 event takes place from 10 to 12 April, including the Trail Run, Ultra Marathon and Half Marathon.
