A Cape Town law enforcement officer is receiving widespread praise after several motorists shared stories of her kindness during roadside emergencies.
A motorist first thanked Officer Lerato Moletsane for staying with him and his wife after their car broke down on the R300 until a tow truck arrived safely.
After the story was shared on social media, more people came forward with similar experiences, saying she had also helped with a flat tyre, escorted stranded drivers to safety and checked on motorists in vulnerable situations.
Many have praised her professionalism and compassion.
