Residents will take to the streets on Saturday for the 24th Otter Estates Lonehill 5km Fun Run and Walk, with this year's event raising funds to help restore the Lonehill Dam.
Hosted by the Lonehill Residents Association and Otter Estates, the annual event combines fitness with community spirit, with every entry contributing to the long term revival of one of the suburb's best known natural landmarks.
Organisers say the event has united the community for more than two decades and are encouraging residents to take part or sponsor a participant to support the dam restoration project.
