Survé Philanthropies hosted a Women’s High Tea at the Castle of Good Hope, bringing together women from three local shelters during the 16 Days of Activism for No Violence Against Women and Children.
The programme included talks from several speakers on life transitions, health, and building positive connections. Attendees also participated in lunch, karaoke, and a pampering session.
The event provided an opportunity for women to connect, reflect, and engage in a supportive environment.

South Africa Claims First African FootGolf Team Title

South Africa’s FootGolf team from Midrand has won the inaugural African FootGolf Teams Championship in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.
The tournament was Africa’s first Federation for International FootGolf 500-ranked event and also served as the official qualifier for the 2026 FIFG World Cup in Mexico.
Team South Africa defeated Morocco 3–1 in the final to claim the continental title.
The championship brought together teams from across Africa and highlighted the rapid growth of FootGolf on the continent.
The victory reflects the team’s talent and preparation and positions South Africa as a strong contender on the global FootGolf stage.
