Johannesburg, Wits to announce Smart City Challenge winners in April

The City of Johannesburg and the University of the Witwatersrand will announce winners of the Smart City Innovation Challenge on 1 April 2026 at the Wits Origins Centre.

The Springboks are back on home soil this July for the first-ever Nations Championship, and SA Rugby has released ticket details.
South Africa will host England, Scotland, and Wales across three huge Saturdays at Ellis Park, Loftus Versfeld, and Kings Park.
Tickets go on sale at 10:00 on Thursday, 2 April, with prices starting from just R250.
Fans can purchase tickets online to attend all matches and support the Springboks at home before the tournament continues in Europe in November.
