South Africa is set to make music history as the iconic Montreux Jazz Festival comes to Franschhoek for the first time.
The three day event, taking place from 27 to 29 March, marks the festival’s first ever edition on African soil. Known globally for showcasing world class jazz and diverse musical talent, the festival will feature a mix of international stars and leading African artists across multiple stages.
Organisers say the event will also boost tourism and while celebrating cultural exchange through music.
