Baroque 2000 opens its season at St James Church in Morningside, featuring violinist Refiloe Olifant in works by Johann Sebastian Bach and family members.
Later, the Durban Symphonic Choir joins the KZN Philharmonic Orchestra at St Joseph’s Cathedral, Mariannhill, for a Palm Sunday concert celebrating 60 years of music-making, including pieces by Mozart, Handel, and Karl Jenkins.
In the Midlands, soprano Nozuko Teto, saxophonist Maxine Matthews, and pianist Christopher Duigan will perform operatic arias, classical songs, and original compositions at Hilton College.
