Cupcakes of Hope Calls for Cupcake Angels

Cupcakes of Hope is calling on South Africans to become Cupcake Angels for National Cupcake Day on 26 September 2026.
More than 80 shopping centres across the country will host the campaign, with schools, workplaces and communities also taking part.
Last year, more than 2,400 Cupcake Angels raised over R2 million, while Cupcakes of Hope supported more than 140 children each month and delivered 3,766 Hospital Care Bags to paediatric oncology wards.
People can register, choose a participating shopping centre and pledge to bake 24 cupcakes, with funds supporting children with cancer and their families.
