SA Dances to World Cup Glory

South Africa has finished sixth overall at the 2026 Dance World Cup Finals in Ireland after winning an impressive 44 medals.The 18-member team competed against dancers from more than 60 countries, bringing home 15 gold, 18 silver and 11 bronze medals. They impressed across solo, duo, trio and group events, showcasing South African talent on the world stage.Team SA choreographer Tiaan Visser says the results show that South African dancers can compete at the highest level.

The Fourways Main Reef Rotary Club has brought the community together through its annual Art @ the Manor fundraiser, helping raise funds to preserve the historic Norscot Manor community centre.The family-friendly event featured professional artwork, local vendors, live entertainment, food and activities, attracting residents from across the area. Visitors had the opportunity to support local artists and small businesses while contributing to the upkeep of one of Fourways' treasured heritage sites. Organisers said the fifth edition of the event exceeded expectations, despite being held at a different time of the year.
