FlySafair announces plans to launch two new routes

FlySafair has announced plans to launch two new routes from Lanseria International Airport to the Eastern Cape, effective November 1.
Passengers can now fly directly to King Phalo Airport in East London 6-times a week and to Chief Dawid Stuurman International Airport in Gqeberha seven times a week, with fares starting from R770.
The airline is also introducing flights from Cape Town to Hoedspruit's Eastgate Airport on October 2, operating three times a week with fares starting from R1,570.

9 South African universities and 5 European partners have launched the South African Master’s in Ocean Sciences programme.
The programme is an ambitious initiative that aims to transform postgraduate training in Ocean Sciences across the continent.
Graduates will develop skills in problem solving, writing, communication, data handling, teamwork, entrepreneurship, project management, and fundraising.
Applications for the first intake are now open, with the closing date set for August 31st.
