South African violinist Naomi Tagg has been recognised on the global stage at the BraVo International Music Awards in Moscow, where she received the title of Artist of the Year South Africa.The ceremony took place at the iconic Bolshoi Theatre, bringing together performers from around the world across both classical genres. On the night, Tagg also delivered a standout performance, playing alongside a full orchestra for the first time with her own classical crossover arrangement.She says the recognition reflects the growing global reach of South African musical talent.

81-Year-Old Completes 300 Parkruns
An 81 year old, who jokingly calls himself a “toppie with two artificial knees,” has achieved an inspiring milestone—completing 300 parkruns. Neil Munro's landmark run took place at the beggining of this month at Edenvale Park, where he was surrounded by fellow runners. Now living at Rand Aid Inyoni Creek, where he moved in 2007, Munro maintains his routine by walking a 5km loop within the village grounds—proving that age and physical challenges are no barrier to an active lifestyle.
