The Footprints 4 Sam Trust is helping vulnerable children in Cape Town get to life-saving medical appointments with the launch of a new “Super Sam Hero” minibus.
Since 2018, the “Sam se Bussies” programme has transported over 16,700 patients, with the new minibus replacing an older bus that served 7,800 children.
Based at the Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital, the Trust provides reliable transport that reduces stress for families, giving children consistent access to critical care.
Footprints 4 Sam plans to bring its buses to Johannesburg later this year, giving even more children across South Africa a safe ride to the medical care that can change their lives.
