A community outreach programme in Diepsloot is helping fathers obtain birth certificates and identity documents for their children.
The initiative, led by Kgosiemang Attorneys and local councillor Julius Maake, offers legal guidance to families facing administrative challenges.
Organisers say many cases involve missing paperwork or complex family circumstances that require support beyond standard Home Affairs processes. The programme aims to reduce delays that can leave children without essential documentation.
