The Collen Mashawana Foundation has donated a wheelchair to an 84 year old grandmother who spent years crawling around her home because she was unable to walk.
Her disability forced her to crawl everywhere, including to the bathroom, making everyday tasks a struggle and preventing her from attending church.
She thanked the foundation for restoring her independence and encouraged it to continue helping vulnerable people in similar circumstances.
The wheelchair has given her the freedom to move around her home with ease and return to one of the activities she enjoys most, attending church.
