Seniors and Community Foundation Bring Care to Alexandra Children
Story 1
The Uniting Reformed Senior Citizens Club, working with the Thato Ntebo Thabang Foundation, delivered snack packs to children at Ekukhanyeni Day Care in Alexandra.
Moved by a call to help, the seniors contributed from their own pockets to show love and support for the local children.
Beyond giving snacks, the group spent time reading to the children and offering encouraging words, emphasising care through presence.
The TNT Foundation also focuses on youth development, providing hygiene products and support for matric dance clothing and job seekers’ professional attire.
The seniors say their contribution is a small but heartfelt way to uplift the community with love and practical care.
