The initiative, which will take place in the Kruger National Park and other national parks, aims to encourage citizens to experience and appreciate their natural heritage.

SANParks says the week is designed to broaden access for communities who may not otherwise have the means to visit the parks and to inspire pride in South Africa’s rich biodiversity.
