African delegates can attend the conference free of charge with prior registration, while tickets for the evening showcases must be purchased separately.
The festival will feature top African talent including Focalistic, Zoë Modiga, Claudio Rabe, and Mpho Sebina.
Organisers say ACCES offers a platform for music industry players to exchange ideas, discover new talent, and build business connections across Africa.
