The Cape Cultural Collective hosted its annual fundraiser, Darling Buds of May, at a private residence in Wynberg.
A range of skilled entertainers came together for the event, which raised up to R50,000 to support the organisation's continued investment efforts in community arts programmes.
Close to 100 attendees gathered, reflecting the community's support for the Cape Cultural Collective's commitment to fostering inclusivity in the arts.
Chairperson of the Cape Cultural Collective board of directors, Zenariah Barends, said the event celebrated not only music and performance, but also the Cape Cultural Collective’s nearly two decades of promoting social cohesion and development through the arts.
