The tournament forms part of the Qatar Airways tour and is supported by The International Padel Association.
Padel is growing rapidly world wide and in South Africa with around 450 clubs contributing to the development of the sport.
The tournament offers local players the chance to compete against international stars and organizers say this will help promote the long term development of the sport.

CHARGE launches South Africa’s first off-grid EV charging network

The South African infrastructure and energy company CHARGE has launched the country’s first off grid 100% renewable electric vehicle charging stations along the N3 corridor
