The development is part of broader efforts to enhance coordination and strengthen food supply systems in Gauteng.

Baby Line to support new mothers at Durban hospital visit on 24 March

Baby Line will be visiting Victoria Mxenge Hospital in Durban on 24 March to support new mothers with care bags and emotional encouragement during the early days of motherhood.
The organisation, which offers counselling and support to vulnerable mothers, will provide essentials such as baby clothing, toiletries and hygiene products to ease the transition after birth.
Volunteers will also spend time in the maternity ward offering conversation, comfort and reassurance to mothers as they bond with their newborns.
The initiative aims to support women who may be facing financial or emotional challenges during a vulnerable time.

MaXhosa Africa has presented its Autumn Winter 2026 collection, SIYI’KULTURE, in Johannesburg at the MXS Kulture Festival following its viral showcase at Paris Fashion Week.

Held at Toadbury Hall Country Hotel, the festival brought together fashion, music and food, with performances from some of South Africa’s leading artists including DJ Maphorisa, Kabza De Small and Makhadzi.
