Team SA Wins 44 Dance Medals

Team SA has won 44 medals at the 2026 Dance World Cup Finals in Ireland, finishing sixth overall.
The 18-member team competed against dancers from more than 60 countries, earning 15 gold, 18 silver and 11 bronze medals.
The dancers performed across solo, duo, trio and group categories during the competition in Dublin.
Team SA choreographer Tiaan Visser says the results show that South African dancers can compete at the highest level.

Safe-Hub Receives Community Support

Young people at Jabulani Safe-Hub have received support from Jabulani Mall and Pick n Pay Jabulani, which donated stationery, blankets and sports kits to the centre.
Staff from the two organisations also spent time with beneficiaries by preparing lunch and taking part in a clean-up campaign at the hub.

Farmers in Zimbabwe’s Zindi Village are increasing crop production after an agricultural partnership introduced irrigation systems, boreholes, and farming support to the community.
The China-supported project, launched in 2024, has helped farmers grow maize, vegetables, and other crops despite previous drought challenges.
Agricultural experts have trained farmers in water management, soil improvement, and modern farming methods.
The initiative is also expanding to other rural communities, helping households improve food security and generate income from farming.
