Sprinter Byanda Walaza Crowned In 100m At The 2025 World University Games

South African sprinter Bayanda Walaza has won the Gold medal in the Men's 100m at the 2025 World University Games.
The Paris 2024-Olympian and world junior champion clinched the medal with a time of 10.16 seconds.
Walaza became just the 9th South African to break the 10-second barrier in the 100m when he clocked 9.94 in Zagreb in May.
