NATJOINTS enforces strict security measures around the Nasrec Expo Centre

The National Joint Operational and Intelligence Structure will enforce a hard lockdown throught the weekend around the FNB Stadium and the Nasrec Expo Centre, as South Africa hosts the G20 Leaders’ Summit this weekend.

Heads of State will gather for the 2 day Summit as the country prepares to hand over the G20 Presidency to the United States.

The National Joint Operational and Intelligence Structure's Chairperson Tebello Mosikili confirmed that officers are fully prepared.
The Intelligence Structure held a state of readiness briefing on Tuesday.

The lockdown will remain in place until Monday the 24th of November
