African Critical Minerals Summit Director Tshegofatso Motsoenyane has emphasized that this year’s summit will be about reimagining how Africa participates in the global economy through innovation and sustainability.
The 3rd annual African Critical Minerals Summit is set to take place on the 25th and 26th of August at the Sandton Convention centre bringing together leading mine experts to tackle the challenges in the industry, promote responsible practices and encourage innovation and investments.
Speaking at the recently held National Press Club Networking Session Motsoenyane highlighted the importance of the summit in promoting collaboration to responsibly and sustainably develop Africa's mineral wealth:

Fourways Gardens Estate marked Nelson Mandela Day by organizing a tree planting initiative themed "Planting for the Next Generation."

Turkish Airlines and South African airline Airlink have signed a partnership agreement to enhance Turkish Airlines' presence in Africa.
The agreement, effective from August 1 allows passengers to book seamless multi-sector journeys on a single ticket connecting Turkish Airlines' global network with Airlink's domestic and regional routes in South Africa and neighboring countries.
The partnership was formalized at a ceremony in Johannesburg attended by senior executives from both airlines.
