Recycling for animal welfare rescues abandoned animals

Non-profit organisation, Recycling for Animal Welfare, helps rescue and care for abandoned and vulnerable animals on Gauteng's East Rand.
RAW, founded by Judy Knox and John Ancill, collects and recycles glass and cardboard every week across Germiston, Boksburg, Benoni, Edenvale, Kempton Park, and surrounding areas.
The money raised from recycling glass and cardboard funds sterilizations, vaccinations, emergency treatment, and rehabilitation for animals in need.
Since starting in 2017, RAW has recycled over 750 tons of glass and 75 tons of cardboard, directly helping animals everyday.
