Runners gear up for Johannesburg City Marathon

The Johannesburg City Marathon, will take place on Sunday the 22nd of March in Kibler Park, in Johannesburg.

The premier road-running event promises a scenic yet challenging course through the heart of Gauteng, with 42.2km, 21.1km, and 10km race options.

The route will take runners past some of Johannesburg's most iconic buildings and landmarks including Wits University, Nelson Mandela Bridge and the Constitution Hill.

The event aims to host 8,000 runners, with pacers provided for the 42.2km event.
