25-year-old Durban-based fashion designer and entrepreneur, Luyanda Majozi, is redefining South African streetwear through his brand, Enigmatic Cotton.
Enigmatic Cotton was born to reflect the South African youth experience: bold, resilient, creative and unapologetically authentic
Majozi started by altering outfits for himself and friends, which inspired him to study textile science and apparel technology, ultimately leading him to launch his own brand.
Last year, he represented South Africa at the 2024 GISU Global Start-Up Competition in China, finishing second in the Start-Up category.

The BBC reports that bee colonies that ate the supplement during trials had up to 15-times more baby bees that grew to adulthood.
Honeybees are a vital part of food production and contribute to pollinating 70% of leading global crops.
Speaking to BBC News Oxford University senior author Professor Geraldine Wright says this technological breakthrough provides all the nutrients bees need to survive.
