South African entrepreneur Zunaid Moti has launched the MotiMoves Pay It Forward initiative, pledging R1 million to support 100 students’ tertiary studies in 2026.

The initiative is open to South African residents aged 18 and older accepted into accredited tertiary institutions.
Applicants must submit a 90-second video outlining their academic goals, along with supporting documents such as ID, proof of residence, matric results, and acceptance letters.
Entries opened on 20 October, with winners to be announced on 16 January 2026.
