GetGo Fund has launched #GetGoTheDistance, a campaign that encourages South Africans to turn fitness goals into fundraising support for schools and learners.
The Cape Town crowdfunding platform allows participants to link runs, walks and other fitness challenges to education campaigns and collect donations from friends and family.
Current campaigns include fundraising to help Masiphumelele High School retain a teacher and support a learner at Capella House to continue their education.
