Seven-month-old Snapper back home after treatment
Story 2
A seven-month-old pup, Snapper, has returned home to her owner Adam in the Free State after two weeks at Cluny Animal Trust.
Adam walked more than 10 kilometres from Mashaeng township carrying the sick pup, who was treated for parvo, biliary disease, and worms.
Public donations, carefully coordinated by Cluny, covered her treatment, vaccinations, food, toys, blankets, and a new dog bed, while Adam received grocery hampers and vouchers to support his family.
Cluny staff also ensured Adam was confident in caring for Snapper long-term. The pup is now healthy and back with her owner.
