Heart Kids SA spreads joy at Steve Biko Hospital

Heart Kids South Africa brought joy to the pediatric ward at Steve Biko Hospital in Pretoria during CHD Awareness Week.
The week observed annually from 7–14 February, raises awareness, funding, and support for the millions living with congenital heart defects and to honour those who have passed.
The team decorated the pediatric ward with red balloons, set up games and face painting, and engaged children in fun activities alongside hospital staff.
Their efforts gave children and families a break from medical routines while raising awareness of congenital heart defects.
