This is in bid to combat the widespread problem of theft and vandalism of critical infrastructure in Johannesburg.

He says they plan to introduce smart lighting control systems and energy monitoring technology to enhance efficiency.
Residents are urged to report suspicious activity to help protect public infrastructure to City Power’s risk control team at 011 490 7900 / 011 490 7911, or via WhatsApp on 083 579 4497.
