Joburg on track with G20 summit preparations

Johannesburg Mayor Dada Morero says the city is on the right track in its preparations for the G20 Summit, taking place in November.

Sibongile Mongadi's Uku Hamba from Gauteng took second place at the 2025 Standard Bank Kasi SME National Pitch Challenge.
The top spot went to Colin Mkosi from Cape Town who walked away with R200,000 for his innovative Cloudy Deliveries, which uses bicycles for local deliveries.
The Western Cape's Lusapho Njine's Hygiene Services came third.
Standard Bank's Naledzani Mosomane praised all participants for their impressive entrepreneurial spirit.

Isuzu Motors SA donates 820 pairs of schools in GP & EC

Isuzu Motors South Africa has donated 820-pairs of school shoes and socks to two primary schools in Gauteng and the Eastern Cape.
A school in Ivory Park received 500-pairs,while another in Gqeberha received 320-pairs.
The donation aims to support learners from disadvantaged communities by boosting their confidence and dignity.
The initiative is part of Isuzu's broader efforts to invest in education and support the holistic development of young people in underserved communities.
